- Remote monitoring maintenance and updating of your existing infrastructure
- Includes all necessary on-site and remote support for Level 2 & 3 support (servers, core network, shared storage)
- Includes free loan replacement server equipment in the case of equipment failure
OPTION 2 : Essentials Service Level Agreement
- Includes all phone, email and remote support (The conditions available based on request)
- Access to IT support help desk 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
- After-hours support for emergency core IT support only
- Proactive Support
- Remote monitoring maintenance and updating of your existing infrastructure
- Site visits will be charged an hourly rate
