  • Access to IT support help desk 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • On-call support available after hours
  • Proactive Support
  • Remote monitoring maintenance and updating of your existing infrastructure
  • Includes all necessary on-site and remote support for Level 2 & 3 support (servers, core network, shared storage)
  • Includes free loan replacement server equipment in the case of equipment failure

OPTION 2 : Essentials Service Level Agreement

  • Includes all phone, email and remote support (The conditions available based on request)
  • Access to IT support help desk 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • After-hours support for emergency core IT support only
  • Proactive Support
  • Remote monitoring maintenance and updating of your existing infrastructure
  • Site visits will be charged an hourly rate
